Pretty much available 24/7 but during times that would be considered abnormal, we would ask for at least 30 minutes to an hour lead time.

Our experience starts in the Swimming Pool Industry. We are "America's 1st Licensed Swimming Pool Building Family" specializing in exotic pools and waterscapes. Decades in the business led us to now include Pottery to our offerings.
Amazing Pottery makes indoor and outdoor living spaces more fun, unique and interesting by adding color, texture and dimension. Being the 1st in the business has given us a long-term eye for quality and unique design. With over a thousand pools built annually, we've seen a lot. We've been involved in the largest most complex exotic pools in the world. Major hotels, theme parks and Grand estates are all part of our vast portfolio. It starts with our appointment policy. We do it that way to save you time and money and to give you a private quiet peaceful safe experience. But leisurely time to look around without unnecessary surprises. We don't like surprises so we don't have an open door to the public. We never have and we never will. If that's what you're looking for please feel free to go elsewhere but in order to come here you're going to have to have some communication via text and or phone and we need to know your name and how you heard about us.
What about your old Pottery?
We offer trade-in value for used pottery so that you can reduce your out-of-pocket expenditure and it keeps your old faithful pots from being stacked on your side yard, garage or into a landfill. Let them live to make another plant happy.
Create a whole new look anytime you desire. We'll help with suggestions but we don't offer any design services. We feel Pottery is very personal so we just kind of tell you something about us and get out of your way. If you have a question we'll give you a reasonable opinion or suggestion. But again, we do not offer any design services.
Things to know about new pottery. At almost all times, all of the pottery we have on hand is completely handmade and hand glazed. Our pots are not pushed out of a machine so no two pots are the same. So even pots of the same type size design and color can have noticeable differences from one to the other. It is up to the discerning buyer to choose the one they want and some pots can even have completely different personalities from one side to the next. Some of the things that you may notice are anomalies from natural occurring phenomenon like shrinkage or color variations from the varied temperatures that are achieved in the massive Dragon Kilns where these pieces are fired. We do our best to cull any pots that may have a defect and remove it from our inventory but sometimes something will get past us. We refuse to sell any defective goods so If you notice something odd please point it out so that we may remove it.
Our inventory is limited to whatever is presently in our display yard but we often have new pieces arriving. We will always do our best to help you select the one you want but it is a very personal choice so look around and inspect each pot to make sure it is how you like it and how you want it. Ultimately we want you to be happy and love the pots that you buy. Let us know how we can help or if you see anything that you have a question with and we'll do our best to assist.
And last but not least about our hours of operation. We do not have regular hours and unfortunately Google Apple and all the rest don't understand that and don't allow us to actually publish that it's either we have to show posted hours or show that we're open 24 hours a day. We figure that most people work 9:00 to 5:00 so what's the sense on you paying for dingalings to sit around at our location twiddling their thumbs or texting their friends while you're actually working and you're in essence paying for it. Most people work 9:00 to 5:00. We prefer five to nine or whenever the time is convenient for you but we do need some time sometimes to prepare for that so we always ask for at least 30 minutes to an hour ahead of time. If you show up at our place unannounced without an appointment and we're not there, please accept our apology that you just didn't catch it through our many postings, our website or on every photo and add that we post or publish. We are very clear that it's only by appointment and we provide a phone number. Sometimes our customers post photos of our inventory without this information or, customers just simply jump to a conclusion that we're always open or open regular hours. We're not. And we never will be. And once you're here you'll understand why. For us it's not just about money having as many customers coming through as possible spending as much as possible. What's important to us is your comfort safety and shopping enjoyment. We want to be able to get you on your way sooner because we understand that time is money and your time is valuable to us. Will try to never turn anybody away that shows up but if you do, you'll need to text this your name directly to our number and we always like to know how you heard about us. If you're not willing to give us your name then we're not willing to give you access and you're just not going to come in but we'll hope you can find what you're looking for somewhere else. There's no exception to this policy or rule so please don't be disappointed if you don't cooperate with us and then we don't cooperate with you. It's not about cooperation it's about policy and privacy. It's also about safety. Your, ours and anybody that's here. We have some customers that will spend hours because Pottery is very personal. So we don't rush you we just try to remain available to you and we will once in awhile have several customers kind of stack up and we try to help people as we can but we still need to know who it is and when you're going to be here. Just like if you were going to a doctor or having your nails or hair done we do the same thing. If that's not for you then we wish you luck at other places and when you don't find it there feel free to double back and come to the best pottery, Fountain and Tiki place in all of florida. Maybe in all of the world. That's how we feel about it and we hope we can show it to you and that you'll feel the same.

Forms of payment and delivery
Cash....it's the easiest. Zelle. Cash Ap and Venmo
Checks....YE$, We take them too but we do not allow merchandise to be taken or scheduled for delivery until the funds have posted to our bank.
It usually takes 3 to 5 days. It'll need to be on a local bank with a valid form of ID as well.
Sorry...NO CREDIT CARDS. It just adds to the cost and makes items more expensive. So we don't.
DELIVERY
Delivery can normally happen within 72 hours of purchase and sometimes same day delivery is possible.
All deliveries are subject to a minimum $35 fee and can be more depending on distance from our display yard. We will quote upon request and we will always try to be fair and if you're buying lots of pots we may not charge anything. It's our pleasure to save you additional money on that. Our delivery people always appreciate any kind of tip but it's certainly not mandatory.
For liability reasons we are not able to move Pottery about your property. We can only deliver to one location and it must be easily reached by our delivery vehicle. Please try to get it as close as you can to where it needs to go but that is as far as we can take it. We are not allowed to enter your home beyond the front driveway.
We'll always be willing to assist in loading into your vehicle if you are hauling yourself. We have forklifts and packing materials but we recommend that you bring proper tie down straps and padding or moving blankets to protect your beautiful Pottery investment. We cannot be responsible for any damage or accident once Pottery leaves our location but if you break a pot bring it back to Gman he'll smile and give you another one. It's just how he is. If you buy blue pots today and decide later that you prefer green....bring them back and get the green ones. We're happy to do that with no penalty. At anytime.
We appreciate you and want you to know that we are your perfect pottery partner.
If any pots you buy from us are damaged in a weather event, bring them back to us for a 50% credit on a replacement.

About discounts
We don't artificially inflate the prices of our pottery expecting to negotiate and having to give discounts.
It's also not fair for us to give one person a discount and not to another.
We will beat any price. If "you can find it" for less, you show us, and we'll beat it.
That's the deal.
Please don't ask us to go find it at a lower price. That's ridiculous and some people have asked.
Yeah, we just smile.
When you go to other retailers like Publix, Walmart, Home Depot or Lowe's, you don't wait till you go to the cash register and then ask the clerk if they'll take less money for what you're buying.
Do you?
No you don't.
Please don't do it here and don't ask us to do it. It's embarrassing for us to say no and we just aren't going to do it.
We can't.
If you're a regular customer, a true bona fide landscape architect or large buyer, we may be able to do something on the back end of the sale. But we can't discount the prices of our pottery.
If we were going to, we would have to add a bit to every item knowing that we're going to have to at some point give a discount and rely on that markup to cover it. It's incalculable.
No smart business operates that way, and no business that plans on staying in business can survive a litany of discounts and haggling.
We're just not going to do it.

Find it for less, show us, and we'll beat it!
